When the movie How the Grinch Stole Christmas came on (when I was a child), I found myself lying on the floor and listening to the narrator, rather than watching the movie. And that my friends was when my love for Boris Karloff began. I could listen to him for hours, wait, I do listen to him for hours. I just watched Die, Monster, Die. But I digress.
I own the movie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas on DVD, (see how I have to say that, otherwise it would be VHS, and wow, I'm old) and watch it whenever the mood strikes. It will come as no surprise there are too many lines from How the Grinch Stole Christmas, to pick just one. So I chose one with of an overall meaning. I know- my lines are getting sappy. Maybe I’ll snap out of it by tomorrow- maybe not.
Dr. Seuss, How the Grinch Stole Christmas- Narrator ~ He puzzled and puzzed till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. Maybe Christmas, he thought... doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas, perhaps... means a little bit more!
