Welcome to the second week whoa- third week of nanowrimo (National Novel Writing Month), if you're participating. Good luck and God speed.
I'm not.
It does sound like a crazy fun time with words. Why, you ask, have you never participated? November is total chaos in my world. Between Thanksgiving, traveling, family, hunting down the perfect Christmas tree, decorating said tree, and the celebrating, I'm out. I always say, next year, next year, ummm... next year.
We'll see what 2018 holds.
Part of the problem- the Thanksgiving trip is ten hours long.... right, what the hey? And the fun is about to commence. In preparation, I have finished the road trip food. This is very important as I have Celiac Disease (ZERO gluten) and maybe a couple of other minor food allergies (diary, peanuts, tree nuts). This makes traveling a royal pain in my A**.  No stopping and grabbing something.
Sooo... what did I fix? Dark (no dairy) chocolate, cherry, rice crispy squares! That's right. Those- by the way go perfect with coffee. It's great to load up on sugar and caffeine and sit for hours. Yea, yea, I've got carrots, celery, hummus, blah, blah, to combat my vices, and some food no one else wants to eat. On the bright side, once I make it to my destination, they're promising tacos. Taco Tuesday! And wine!
OK, Ok, that's enough of that.

"Thanksgiving just gets me all warm and tingly and all kinds of wonderful inside." ~ Willard Scott ~

If you're traveling- be safe!
If your family is gathering- be safe, lol!

There are 35 days until Christmas. You're welcome :)
